Now on its’ 27th edition, the Likha ng Central Luzon Trade Fair is scheduled from October 15 to 19, 2025, at Mega Trade Hall 2, 5th Floor, Building B, SM Mega Mall in Mandaluyong City. This much-anticipated event continues to serve as a premier platform for showcasing the finest products from micro, small, and medium enterprises across Central Luzon, attracting buyers, exporters, and industry stakeholders from Metro Manila and beyond.

Held annually, the fair serves as the culminating activity of various industry and trade-related programs designed to empower entrepreneurs in Region 3. Prior to the event, capability-building seminars are conducted to enhance the technical skills of micro and small enterprises, helping them develop the capacity to become exporters. Product development initiatives are also carried out to foster innovation in new products and designs. Now celebrating its 27th year, the Likha ng Central Luzon Trade Fair has proven to be an effective platform for promoting the distinctive and high-quality products of the region to institutional buyers and exporters based in Metro Manila. It has become one of the most anticipated trade events in Manila due to the unique offerings from Central Luzon.

The Likha ng Central Luzon Trade Fair is a premier regional trade promotion event jointly organized by the Department of Trade and Industry Region 3 (DTI-R3) and Philexport Region 3, with strong support from the Regional Development Council – R3 and the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. (CLGCFI), which includes the seven provincial governors of Central Luzon and DTI as members. As one of the longest-running trade fairs in the Philippines, Likha showcases exceptional products crafted and marketed by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from the seven provinces of Central Luzon. These exhibitors are supported by the regional and provincial offices of DTI.

This year, more than 140 MSMEs from the seven provinces of Central Luzon will participate, proudly representing their provincial brands such as “Siempre Aurora” from Aurora, “Galing Bataan” from Bataan, “Tatak Bulakenyo” from Bulacan, “Taas Noo Novo Ecijano” from Nueva Ecija, “Love Pampanga” from Pampanga, “Natural Tarlac” from Tarlac, and “Zambales Finest” from Zambales. The products featured in the fair cover a broad spectrum, including processed foods, furniture and home furnishings, wearables like fashion accessories, bags, Filipiniana clothing, footwear, and jewelry, as well as gifts, holiday décor, novelty items, beverages, woodcraft, handicrafts, and various organic and cosmetic products.

A special highlight of the event will be a showcase of newly developed and creatively designed products, packaging, and labels developed under DTI’s Shared Service Facility (SSF) and the OTOP Next Gen Program. Additionally, innovative products made from coconut materials will be spotlighted during the fair, emphasizing the region’s creativity and commitment to sustainable materials.

The success of the Likha ng Central Luzon Trade Fair is made possible through the support and cooperation of Philexport Region 3, the Regional Development Council Region 3, the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. (CLGCFI), the Philippine Information Agency, local government units from the seven provinces, Small and Medium Enterprise Development (SMED) Councils, and various DTI-attached bureaus and agencies. Together, they continue to promote and elevate the region’s MSMEs and their products to wider markets.
